EMEA Order Processing Transition
Dear Valued Customer,
It is with hope and certainty that we look upon the times ahead with an end to the pandemic and a return to in person meetings very soon.
The pandemic has been challenging for many companies in many different industries and Sawbones is no exception. Like other manufacturers, we experienced supply chain issues and lost many hours of production due to material and labor shortages. What we did not expect was the continued flow of orders that kept coming! We greatly appreciate your continued belief in our products and services. We strive to not only overcome the challenges presented these past two years but exceed your expectations.
We took the opportunity afforded us during this time to review our internal processes with an eye towards streamlined workflows, increased efficiencies, while building in structures to be more resistant to external influences. As we studied our operations at a macro level, we determined that we would be better able to serve our customers worldwide by processing and shipping all orders directly through our Corporate Headquarters in the US. Our EMEA office will continue to serve our customers throughout the EMEA region and help support our global sales teams in the Americas, Asia Pacific, and India.
As of September 1st, 2022, all new orders will be processed through our Corporate Headquarters. Our customer service and sales team in Sweden will continue to be your contact for support, placing orders, requesting quotes and other inquires. Our hours of operation will continue to be the same. Our production and Corporate Headquarters remain on Vashon Island in the USA.
