Includes the following fractures and defects: Three-part intra-articular fracture of the distal radius, transverse fracture of the scaphoid, Rolando fracture of the first metacarpal, transverse and unicondylar fractures of the proximal phalanx of the thumb, transverse fractures of the second metacarpal and proximal phalanx of the index finger, oblique fracture of the middle phalanx of the index finger, short oblique fracture of the third metacarpal, three-part fracture of the proximal phalanx of the middle finger, long oblique fracture of the fourth metacarpal, defect of the proximal phalanx of the ring finger, transverse fracture of the distal fifth metacarpal, three-part distal intra-articular fracture of the proximal phalanx of the little finger, and oblique fracture of the middle phalanx of the little finger. Articulation and fracture reattachment achieved with latex bands.
