Femur with Subtrochanteric Spiral Fracture

Femur includes two-part subtrochanteric spiral fracture with lesser trochanter attached to the distal fragment (Seinsheimer Class IIC) reattached with latex bands with cancellous inner material, a canal diameter of 16 mm, and an overall length of 47 cm.
