Archie Advanced Arthroscopy Ankle

Our Archie™ Arthroscopy Training Simulator is the perfect tool to add to your training platform. Many diagnostic, as well as operative procedures can be performed on our Archie™ Arthroscopy Ankle Trainer; including osteophyte and synovitis removal, along with micro-fracturing of the osteochondral lesions, and medial malleolar and lateral talar repair. Use it again and again for practice and demos.

We designed Archie™ based on proven materials from our full line of arthroscopy training simulators (shoulder, knee, hand, hip) and of course, countless hours of feedback and input from Dr. Richard Ferkel "“ one of the world's leading surgeons in arthroscopic ankle repair techniques.

Archie Advanced Arthroscopy Ankle Includes:

• Seven Osteochondral Lesions
• Synovitis in Various Positions
• Medial Malleolar Fracture
• Snowboard Fracture of the Lateral Talus
• Anterior / Posterior Approach

The seven osteochondral lesions can be found in the following locations: four on talar dome, one on the inferior articulating surface, one on the superior articular surface of the calcaneus, and the seven one is on the distal articulating surface of the tibia. The osteophytes are located in the distal anterior rim of the tibia and anteromedial talar neck. Also includes os trigonum, and subtalar joint.
