USG-VA Modules

The RediStik Modular ECMO System lets you build an ultrasound-guided ECMO cannulation trainer one module at a time, and the Ultrasound-Guided Cannulation build guide shows which modules to combine.

Start with the Ultrasound Internal Jugular and Carotid Cannulation Module for vessel identification, needle insertion, guidewire advancement, and cannula placement in Resonance ultrasound tissue. Add the Clear Heart Visualization Module or the Ultrasound Right Heart Chamber and Valve Visualization Module to follow the guidewire and cannula toward the heart. For ECPR (extracorporeal cardiopulmonary resuscitation) training, add the Ultrasound Right Heart Chamber and Valve Visualization Module to practice true-to-life chest compressions during neck cannulation. A closed loop with a gravity pressure IV bag provides bleed back and can connect to an ECMO circuit, a hemodialysis machine, or a CVC infusion, so one setup supports central venous access, hemodialysis catheter, and ECMO cannulation training.

Modules come in clear and medium tones, and replacement neck tissue and vessels are listed below. A femoral module is coming soon.
