Hip assembly, includes full pelvis, femur, tibia, and fibula articulated with stretch cord ligaments, mounted supine on stand. Femur and tibia with cancellous inner material, and pelvis and fibula made of solid plastic. Features round peg at distal end of tibia, and entire leg is removable via stretch cord attachment at acetabulum.

Plastic cortical shell models are made of a rigid plastic shell with inner cancellous material. Plastic cortical shell models are very durable.
