The Sawbones TKS - Total Knee System (Medium and Large)

This versatile knee holder was designed for demonstrating and training total knee arthroplasty, just about anywhere. Customers told us they wanted an easy-to-use and extremely portable knee procedure demonstration system so they can travel anywhere in the world and set up a total knee demo with ease.

This system holds medium and large knee models firmly in place while allowing tibial alignment systems to register on the foot as well as for using surgical navigation systems to digitize the medial and lateral malleolus. The simple bone clamp allows for the securing of the femur/tibia or can easily be moved out of the way when not needed. This system also allows for you to rotate the hip through its range of motion for surgical navigation techniques.

The Sawbones TKS is designed to firmly hold practice bones in a surgical position so that surgeons can practice various approaches and procedures for the total knee replacement including surgical navigation. For medical device manufacturers it allows easy and effective demonstrations of their total knee replacement device innovations in multiple field settings. The foot position can easily be changed to adjust the surgical cutting position of the knee.
