Alex III Shoulder Professor

The Alex III Shoulder Professor is a left shoulder arthroscopy training model featuring a moveable and lockable proximal humerus. The humerus can be pulled away from the joint space, rotated internally or externally, and locked into position, allowing users to create additional working space between the humeral head and glenoid. This adjustability is especially useful when training in the lateral recumbent position.

The model can be positioned in either beach chair or lateral recumbent orientation and uses the same modular replacement parts as the Alex II.

The Alex III also features an eyehook and nylon string on top of the model for practicing various suture knot techniques. Opaque shoulder caps, as well as humeral heads and glenoid in various materials, are available separately as supplemental components.
