Description
The E3 Biomechanics Viscoelastic Lumbar Disc (1575-96) is a Sawbones® intervertebral disc surrogate used to teach viscoelasticity in the University of Delaware E3 Biomechanics curriculum.
Loaded on the Vernier® Go Direct® Materials Test Frame (GDX-MTF), the disc shows time-dependent behavior that elastic materials can't demonstrate.
