As vessels and surrounding tissue wear from repeated cannulation, typically after 15 to 20 cannulations on the original unit, this replacement lets users refresh the entire assembly and get back to realistic, ultrasound-guided training without purchasing a new module. Vessels install onto the model's base assembly by sliding each one over a barbed connector; and then using the provided forceps and lubricating soap to pull them through the tissue.
